Refund policy

TLDR: Please double-check your cart before ordering to make sure you're getting exactly what you want.

Physical Products

Physical products are fulfilled by an intermediary company called Acutrack. If your physical product has an issue with its printing or binding, or if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact chris@chrpow.com with your order number, overview, and photographic evidence as soon as possible so I can send you a replacement.

Refunds are not offered for products that were purchased in error or are simply no longer wanted.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (like PDFs and VTT resources) are final: no refunds will be offered except when required by your jurisdiction. Please double-check your cart before checkout to make sure you aren't purchasing a digital title that you already own or multiple copies of the same digital title.

If you are having trouble opening one of your files, first try deleting the file and re-downloading it. Also check to make sure your PDF-reading software is up to date. If the problem persists, please reach out to chris@chrpow.com, and I'll try my best to help troubleshoot. If you're having a problem with a product, chances are someone else is having that problem too.
